Skin care routine we should always follow to achieve healthy and glowing skin.

1. Use oil-based cleanser

Oil base cleanser is very useful in breaking down the make-up and removing the dirt, and sun scream. By maintaining smooth and healthy skin.

2. Use the second cleanser

The second cleanser should be foam base cleanser. Which cleans up the pores from impurities, and dirt and ready the skin for another treatment.

3. Use exfoliant

Exfoliation helps in removing dead skin cells. Leave the skin soft and smooth. Recommend only once a week at pm routine.

4. Tonner

Use a few drops of alcohol-free toner on your finger and pat it on your skin. Toner is an antioxidant and it also helps to maintain the PH balance of our skin.

5. Usage of an essence

Essence is lighter than serum. It hydrates the skin and prepares the skin to absorb the products.

6. Serum

The serum is use for specific skin concerns such as wrinkles, and acne. It is more concentrated than an essence. It improved the skin texture.

7. Use a sheet mask

A sheet mask is load with serum and vitamins. You can leave it on the skin for 20 minutes for best results. Which leaves the skin feeling supple and hydrated.

8. Use eye cream

The skin around the eyes is the most sensitive. Eye cream especially targets the puffiness and fine lines around that area.

9. Use moisturizer

A moisturizer locks all the ingredients that applied to your skin before. For oily skin can go for gel base moisturizer or lotion. For dry skin can go for oil or heavy cream base moisturizers.

10. Sun Protection SPF Time

It is an important step in the skincare routine. It protects the skin from the harmful UV rays, that not only speed up aging but can cause many skin disorders.

1. Eat olive oil and Avacado

Healthy fats always nourish and support the skin as its natural barrier. It makes the skin supple and smooth complexion.

2. Eat Green leafy and Berries

Add vegetables and fruits in your diet which are rich in antioxidants. Protect the skin from free radical damage. Make the skin radiant and clear complexion.

3. Eat Oranges and red bell peppers

Vitamin C is very important for collagen production. It helps to keep the skin smooth and firm. Have as many oranges or kiwis as you can.

6. Avoid Dairy Products and Sugary food

Low-fat milk is worse the acne issues as it contains high sugar. Also if you eat lots of chocolates it worsens acne issues because of hormonal imbalance and high sugar content. It is always good to avoid dairy products and chocolates to prevent acne issues.

7. Avoid Alcohol and smoking

Alcohol and smoking dehydrate the skin. It causes dullness, and dryness and makes skin prone to fine lines and wrinkles. If you have an existing skin condition then, the chances are very high that it can get worsen.

8. Soft Drinks and Cup Cakes

High sugar intake can damage the collagen and elastin of the skin. Results in sagging and dull skin.

9. Processed Meat

It contained high levels of sodium and preservatives. Often contribute to many skin problems.
